DOMINIC LUCERO portrays "Bumlets" in Newsies. Dominic's film debut was in 1987's Stand and Deliver as a Ganas kid. His next project was as a dancing extra in 1988's Mac and Me, followed by his 1992 role as "Bumlets." Along with three other Newsies cast members, Dominic joined the cast of Nickelodeon's "Roundhouse," a variety/short sketch/music show -- a sort of "Saturday Night Live" with singing and dancing.

On July 8, 1994 Dominic Lucero passed away due to terminal lymphatic cancer. He will be truly missed.
